NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATORY POLICY
DANCE CONSERVATORY OF PASADENA SCHOOL, a 501(C)(3) organization, located at
66 Waverly Dr, Pasadena, CA 91105 admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic
origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made
available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies,
scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes with less than 3 students in attendance may be subject to cancellation. If DCP should
cancel any class, a full refund will be given or credit applied to the class pass. Customer may
cancel workshops or camps up to 5 days prior to start date for a full refund. Cancellation less
than 5 days prior to start date will be subject to 50% deduction from fee refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER
Dance Conservatory of Pasadena is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of any
personal belongings while a student is attending class. Class at Dance Conservatory of
Pasadena may be physically strenuous and students voluntarily participate in them with full
knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Students who
participate in any class at DCP agree that neither students, their heirs, assigns or legal
representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Dance
Conservatory of Pasadena, its owners, instructors or its members for any personal injury,
property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
PURCHASE POLICY
All classes must be paid for prior to taking any class. No payment plans are available.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All class cards are valid for 30 days from date the card is first used. After expiration, unused
classes may be taken for an additional $6 fee per class. Class passes may be used for any
combination of classes except for Open Adult Ballet. A separate class pass or fee is required
for Open Ballet.
RETURN AND REFUND
No refund for any class pass once class pass series has been activated upon its first use.
Class passes that have not been activated may be returned within 15 days from date of
purchase.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information provided to us will be used only for DCP business. Your information
will not be given, sold or distributed to any other person or business without your express
permission.
RIGHT TO USE PHOTOS AND VIDEO
DCP has the right to take photos and video of students in the studio at any DCP event. These
photos and videos may be used for brochures, DCP website, Facebook, advertising and other
media for purposes of promoting DCP. If you wish to not be photographed or have any or
video of you or your child used in any of the above referenced media, please advise DCP.
PHYSICAL CORRECTION POLICY
Dance Conservatory of Pasadena strives to provide the best ballet training. In order to make
proper technical corrections, our dance instructors in our pre-professional program may need
to physically manipulate a student’s body. Corrections will be done in safe and proper
manner. If you do not want your child to receive physical correction, please notify the front
office and/or the instructor. If you have any concerns, please feel free to discuss with the
artistic director, Jennifer Cheng.
Exciting New Classes
We’re excited to introduce a range of new classes, including Youth Ballet with Maiko, Junior Ballet with Natalie, and Contemporary, all part of our newly expanded Recreational Program. Additionally, our curriculum now features Musical Theater with Buddy and Lyrical Jazz Classes with Maiko, allowing students to explore fresh aspects of the performing arts and develop a well-rounded skill set. At DCP, every class is a step toward discovering your passion and unlocking your full potential.
